Biography

Carmen earned her Bachelor of Social Work from UNO in 1993 and her Masters of Social Work from UNO in 1997. She has state licensures in mental health, social work, and drug/alcohol counseling. Carmen specializes in all areas of mental health, addictions, and co-occurring disorders. She utilizes evidenced-based practices in therapy such as cognitive behavioral training, motivational techniques, matrix model, DBT, and EMDR. Carmen has over 25 years of experience helping individuals, families, and our community grow and prosper.
